I remember when I was around 7, I discovered that I wanted to be a singer. From that day on, no matter what else I did, that calling to sing was always there. I went through my early education and college with this need until one day I could no longer wait, so I made a change that allowed me to express myself in a profound way. This was as simple as getting up and doing something about it.
Once I took that step, my whole life changed. I had a sense of fulfillment & happiness by being able to answer the call that was there all along.
I believe that everyone’s life has a calling. Sometimes it is not so easy to hear and sometimes it’s even harder to answer. I also believe that we all have an inner wisdom that can guide us through the small and big events of our life’s journey. This inner wisdom can guide us in all areas of life from relationships and careers, to dealing with all the challenges that life has to offer.
I coach clients from all walks of life, and specialise in coaching artists. I act as a catalyst to help them reconnect with their inner wisdom and unique potential, to enable them to make the best choices to live their lives and enhance their performance to its fullest.

Originally from the Caribbean, I have spent some years in the USA and have lived in the UK for the past 14 years. As a proud mother of three, I lead a busy and fulfilling life. I enjoy traveling, yoga, running, romantic comedies, writing (including songs), the sun and sea and I focus a lot of time on self-development, using the tools from NLP, TFT and Coaching that I share with my clients.
Some info about my artistic background:
I have been an active vocalist and tutor for the past 16 years and teach privately, as well as in colleges and universities within contemporary styles of music – jazz, blues, funk, reggae, pop, R&B, soul. I have worked with a variety of artists from diverse backgrounds including Eddy Grant, members of Pink Floyd as well as Michael ‘IBO’ Cooper and Willie Stewart of Third World. Some venues where I have performed include The Royal Albert Hall and Barbican (London) to name a few, as well as the famous ‘House of Blues’ (Sunset Strip, Los Angeles), and have also collaborated with a host of artists and DJs including Jeremy Healy and Alex Patterson.
I have vast experience of working with artists, and creating new work with budding and experienced musicians and singers through improvisation, lyric writing and song writing. I have lead a number of large-scale vocal ensembles and have done so throughout the UK, including Sense of Sound’s Friday Late at the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Olympic Torch project at the Southbank Centre.
During my Masters Degree, my research was based on “Achieving ‘peak’ performance through the use of NLP” which forms the basis of my work using NLP as one of the most powerful tools/methods to enhance performance to date.
