Here’s how it works…
Prior to your first session you will need to fill out a performance profile. This will give us both a better idea about how you view your performance at present.
Then you choose which coaching option would be most suitable for you.
Depending on your specific goals we will cover some or all of the following during your session:
- Identifying the issue/s that you would like to address and set specific goals and actions to implement a lasting result.
– How to create a ‘performance plan’ to assist you to move forward in your career as a performer.
– How to set a pace that is comfortable for you, however you will sometimes need to step out of your “comfort zone” and be willing to take action towards positive and augmentative change.
– How to eradicate those unwanted beliefs and thoughts that hinder your performance and replace them with empowering, inspiring ones.
Your coach will show you how to elicit wanted states such as confidence and motivation, as well as increase your performance stamina which will boost your overall performance success. You will also be taken through the necessary sequence/s to resolve your emotional or psychological issues and be given instructions on how to use them on your own when necessary.
*If you need a ‘booster session’ before an important event (audition, performance or competition), this can be arranged.
