Last weekend I cried.

I am not the type of person who usually cries, and it feels uncomfortable to admit to you that I did cry during the weekend—multiple times.

Let me tell you what happened. 

My partner and I recently celebrated ten years together. As part of our continued growth as individuals and partners, she surprised me by signing us up for a relationship retreat.

During three days, we learned so much about ourselves! 

We shined a light over the stories that our mind is making up about each other and our relationship. We recognised the misguided mechanisms that our subconscious creates to ‘protect us’. We learned and experienced that no matter how triggered we are by what is going on, there is always a way to communicate in a gentle, kind, loving and compassionate manner.  

It was powerful. It was beautiful. It was emotional.

That is why I cried.

Relationship dynamics have always fascinated me. They are complicated, attractive puzzles. They put us in touch with deep aspects of ourselves.

So I decided to bring all my experience and knowledge about this subject to a free workshop.
