BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE with this empowering exercise!

If you’re genuinely committed to feeling more confident, I’ve got something for you. Often, what lowers our confidence is the fear of being judged or rejected. But guess what? We can train ourselves to embrace these fears!

Think of it like training a muscle. The more we get accustomed to judgment, criticism, or rejection, the more confident we become.

So, here’s what you can do:
-Look for situations where you might get rejected.
-Step (slightly) outside of your comfort zone.
-Be open to the possibility of judgement or criticism.
-Practice acceptance and learn to be comfortable with it.

It’s about befriending something that initially seem intimidating.

Because let’s be honest, we’ll always face judgments or criticism. It’s part of everyday life, like cloudy days.

So, get comfy with it. You’ll notice your confidence growing. And that feels good ūüôā
